I'm on the 3rd day of using this face mask and I am SO PLEASED! Dark spots are noticably fading, skin is soft, and tone is more even already. I can't wait till the end of the week to see the results. Definitely going to get it again. Also, I tried using it with a table spoon of yogurt and it's working great. FYI, remember to use a light moisturizer as she suggested. It's wonderful Fam👍🙋♀️

Wasn’t expecting it to be as thick of a mask… puts me in the mind of oatmeal on your face, so it doesn’t apply that easily and once it dries it’s a bit difficult to rinse off. However I feel the results almost immediately! Not too sure on how often you can apply the mask, but I’ve been applying mine twice a week. This seems like a very affective face mask for helping to aid in clear skin.

I have been taking these capsules for about two years and I must say they work. Of course, you must be consistent and follow up with a hair regimen. I have waist length hair, clear skin and I can say fenugreek has played a major role in my success.
These spots were practically bald but asyou can see they are filling in. I’ve actually been using this product about a month. Started with the powder and then ordered the capsules. I take both daily. I am happy to report that after having NO edges/temples for many years, and having tried 5 rounds of PRP injections to no avail. I have fuzzy hair growing now where the trichologist said I would never grow hair again. This sprouted fenugreek product WORKS PERIODT!
