Refund policy

Curly Hair Crisis offers refunds and replacements on products that are damaged during shipping.

RETURNS: 

Curly Hair Crisis utilizes the guidelines set forth by the Food and Drug Administration. Therefore, we do not accept returns. We cannot restock or resell products that have been returned to us.

Because of the nature of some of the fenugreek beauty items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Fenugreek Drink Mix Products
  • Fenugreek Seed Products
  • Fenugreek Powder Products
  • Fenugreek Oil Products
  • Fenugreek Tea Products
  • Fenugreek Supplements

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REPLACEMENTS: 

If you feel that there is a problem with your order, please contact us at curlyhaircrisis@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving it.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS:

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us at curlyhaircrisis@gmail.comIf approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please include the following in your refund request:

  2. Order number
  3. Item name 
  4. Reason for refund request
