Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time before their next billing date. To cancel, please use the subscription management link provided in your confirmation email or contact us at info@curlyhaircrisis.com at least 48 hours before your next charge.

All subscriptions are self-managed by the customer at checkout. Orders that are already processed or shipped before cancellation are not eligible for a refund.

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you understand how to cancel and manage your plan.
