Shipping Locations
Curly Hair Crisis ships to United States domestic and to foreign or international territories worldwide. Shipping delivery and transit will vary as it is based on the final delivery location.
Shipping Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email.
Customers will receive an additional email notification when the order has shipped.
Shipping Delays
Customers will be notified immediately if shipping delays are being experienced due to:
- postal service interruptions
- high volume orders
- additional product delays outside of Curly Hair Crisis control
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on:
- size of the package
- weight of package
- delivery speed requested
- destination of package
Curly Hair Crisis partners with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for packaging and shipping services. A USPS shipping confirmation number will be provided to customers for shipping status and tracking.
US Domestic Shipping Rates

First-Class Mail (1-3 business days):Shipping charges for all first-class orders (3-5 business days) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Priority Mail (1-3 Business days):Shipping charges for all USPS Priority shipping orders (1 to 3 business days) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Priority Mail Express (Overnight to 2-Day): Shipping charges for all USPS Priority Express shipping orders (1 to 2 business days) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Rates

Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days): Shipping charges for all Priority Express International orders (3-5 business days) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Priority Mail International (6-10 business days): Shipping charges for all Priority International orders (6-10 business days) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

First-Class Package International Service (delivery time varies): Shipping charges for all First-Class Package International orders (6-10 business days) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Curly Hair Crisis is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. Import tax including VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Delivery Status
Once orders are shipped, customers receive an email notification from Curly Hair Crisis which will include a shipping confirmation tracking number that can be used to check delivery status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delivery Not Received and or Additional Delivery Errors
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact Curly Hair Crisis at curlyhaircrisis@gmail.com with shipping details for immediate support.
Please use the shipping confirmation number to track a package. USPS may need to be contacted to locate misdelivered packages.
If your mailpiece has not arrived within 10 days from its date of mailing, you can:
- Submit a search request in the Missing Mail application
- OR Call your Consumer Affairs representative via 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) and they can complete a search request on your behalf,
- OR Visit your local USPS Post Office and have a search request submitted.
Please note that with the filing of a search request, the United States Postal Service has guidelines on items or merchandise that can be returned or recovered. If the item(s) is located and it meets guidelines for recovery, it will be returned to you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see the Refund and Return policy for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at curlyhaircrisis@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
