I initially purchased this product in hopes of lowering my A1C. I usually wait months to a year before reviewing products. I have been using this product for over a year. The following is my experience: It did not lower my A1C levels. There are so many other elements that goes into trying to lower A1C levels. Honestly, I can't tell you much in reference to hair growth. My reasoning for that statement is as follows: I have an extremely tight curl pattern. I don't stretch my hair, I don't do length measurements, and I don't look in the mirror trying to see if it's longer than it was a couple of weeks ago. I simply wash my hair weekly, do an ayurvedic treatment, do a heavy chebe butter coating on my strains, two strain twists, air dry and the satin scarf goes on. THIS IS WHAT I DID NOTICE: I have always gotten compliments on my smooth, makeup free skin. However, as I got older I started to get skin tags on my face. I got a small skin tag under my eye, in the crease of the nose, and one on my cheek. All these tags appeared on the left side of the face. I purchased tag away hoping that would help. I didn't like the strong smell but continued to use the product several times a day. It didn't help. Then one day while cleansing my face, I was SHOCKED too see the tags had shrunk to where they were BARELY NOTICEABLE. I noticed this after drinking the Organic Fenugreek Seeds less than four months. WOW!!! So, that means these seeds have to be making a difference in the condition of my scalp whether I realize it or not. My last comment is that the owner of this company has been up on her game in reference to her customers. I had a small issue/complaint that she rectified immediately. Most companies these days will not do that. The package arrives in a timely manner and is always packed very professionally. I apologize for the long review but I truly hope this will help someone who may be hesitant about purchasing the product.
